抑郁对老年肝硬化相关指标的影响研究

目的探讨抑郁对老年肝硬化相关指标的影响。方法采用随机抽样的方法,抽取单纯肝硬化老年患者及肝硬化合并抑郁的老年患者各50例作为研究对象,对抑郁的诊断采用抑郁自评量表（CES-D）,检测并比较2组患者的肝硬化相关指标的差异。结果 2组患者的血常规指标RBC、WBC、PLT、Hb比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）;肝功能指标方面,肝硬化合并抑郁组的ALB、ChE低于单纯肝硬化组（P〈0.05）,AST、ALT、LDH、TBIL、DBIL、TBA、ALP、GGT高于单纯肝硬化组（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;凝血4项指标中,肝硬化合并抑郁组与单纯肝硬化组比较,PT、APTT、TT延长、FIB减少（P〈0.01）。结论抑郁对老年肝硬化的肝功能指标及凝血4项指标有影响,对血常规指标无明显影响。

Influence of Depression on Related Indicators in Elderly Patients with Cirrhosis

Objective To discuss the potential influence of depression on the related indicators in elderly patients with cirrhosis.Methods With the method of random sampling,50 elderly patients with simple cirrhosis（cirrhosis group） and 50 elderly patients with cirrhosis and depression（depression group） were selected in this study.The Center for Epidemiologic Studies Depression Scale（CES-D） was used to diagnose the depression,and the related indicators were compared between the two groups.Results There were no significant differences in red blood cells,white blood cells,hemoglobin and platelets between the two groups（P0.05）.Compared with cirrhosis group,albumin,cholinesterase and fibrinogen significantly decreased and aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,total bilirubin,direct bilirubin,total bile acid,alkaline phosphatase,γ-glutamyltransp-eptidase,prothrombin time,activation part thrombin time and thrombin time obviously increased in depression group（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The depression exerts significant effect on liver function parameters and four coagulation indices,but has no obvious influence on routine blood indicators in elderly patients with cirrhosis.
