摘    要:目的应用随机扩增多态性DNA(RAPD)技术,对甲氧西林耐药溶血性葡萄球菌(MRSH)进行基因多态性研究。方法对81株MRSH通过RAPD技术进行扩增,电泳条带采用SPSS13.0软件分析,根据树状图分型。结果81株MRSH通过RAPD技术可产生相对固定的6条电泳带,经遗传相关系数分析后可分为8型,其中A型占70.37%,而10株血培养阳性的MRSH中有9株为A型。结论通过RAPD分型研究,可以了解MRSH基因流行型的特性,为该菌的感染控制提供分子流行病学依据。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the polymorphism of the methicillin resistant staphylococci haemolyticus (MRSH)by Random Amplified Polymorphic DNA (RAPD) Technique. Methods Eighty one MRSH isolates were collected. The gene of MRSH were amplified by RAPD, the bands were analyzed by SPSS software, the dendrogram were used for cluster analysis. Results There were 6 stable bands produced by RAPD, according to which the 81 MRSH were classified into 8 genetypes. The A type got 70.37% of all isolates,and 9 of 10 MRSH which were isolated form blood were belong to A type. Conclusions RAPD asssy reveals the special epidemic genotypes of MRSH in hospital, which provides molecular epidemiological evidence for strategies to control MRSH infection.
