| 摘 要： | 尿道下裂是一种常见的小儿泌尿生殖器先天性畸形,其发病机制复杂多样。近年来,很多研究表明尿道下裂的发病机制、发生、发展与遗传学有着密切的关系,本文就尿道下裂的研究进展作一综述。

| Abstract: | Hypospadias is the most common form of child genitourinary congenital malformation, with characteristic of complex mechanism. Currently, a number of studies show that the mechanism and progress of hypospadias are linked to genetics. The novel genetic studies of hypospadias were reviewed in this article. |
