| 摘 要： | 目的检测皮肤鳞癌(CSCC)组织中Wnt1和SFRP1的表达及其与临床病理的关系,以探讨它们在CSCC可能的发病机制作用。方法用免疫组织化学的方法检测35例CSCC组织中Wnt1和SFRP1表达,30例正常皮肤组织作对照。结果 Wnt1在CSCC组织表达的阳性率明显高于正常组织,SFRP1在CSCC皮损组织表达阳性率明显低于正常皮肤组织(P<0.05)。Wnt1蛋白表达与CSCC组织学分期有关(P<0.05),Wnt1在CSCCⅢ级表达阳性率高于CSCCⅠ级,而SFRP1蛋白在不同的组织学分期的CSCC组织中表达无差异(P>0.05)。结论 Wnt1与SFRP1可能参与了CSCC的发生与发展过程。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate expression of Wntl and SFRP1 in cutaneous squamous cell carcinoma（CSCC） tissue and its significance. Methods The expressions of Wntl and SFRP1 in CSCC tissue by cal methods in 35 cases of CSCC tissue, control with 30 cases of normal skin tissues respectively. Results Wntl in the positive rate of CSCC tissue expression was obviously higher than that of normal tissue（P〈0.05）, SFRP1 expressed in CSCC of the skin tissue were significantly lower than the normal skin tissue（P〈0.05）. The positive expression rate of Wntl in Ⅲ level in CSCC was higher than I level（P〈0.05）. There was no significant difference of SFRP1 protein in skin squamous carcinoma tissues of different histological grade（P〉0.05）. Conclusion Wntl and SFRP1 may take participation in the occurrence and development process of CSCC. |
