目的探讨消毒供应室服务与临床需求相协调的方法与效果，提高消毒供应服务质量。方法开展以和谐为主题的品牌服务，加强与临床科室的沟通，开展人性化服务和诚信服务。结果实施协调性服务前后临床科室对消毒供应室服务的评价和供应室工作人员服务质量的考评比较差异具有统计学意义（均P〈0．05）。结论消毒供应室服务与临床需求的协调一致是解决一切问题的核心。在协调消毒供应室与临床科室供需关系时应掌握沟通、诚信服务与人性化服务等技巧，以促进消毒供应服务质量持续向前发展。

Study on the correspondency between the sterile supply services and the clinical needs

Objective To discuss the methods and the efficacy of the concordance between the sterilization supply services and the clinical needs so as to elevate the service quality. Methods Brand construction of sterilization supply services with the theme of harmony was launched. Communication with the clinical departments was strengthened to improve the service＇s suitability, and humanistic warm service and hospitable courtesy service were carried out to popularize honesty service. Results The service qualities of reclaiming and distributing items, the goods suitability, satisfying the clinical needs and the service efficiency were improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）.The score of staff＇s dressing appearance, the attitude in attending to customers,the service manners, the promptly and foreseeable service, the timely and effective information feedback, and the increment service were improved significantly （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Concordance between the sterilization supply services and the clinical needs is very important. Staff in the sterilization supply services should have skills of communicative, honest service, and humanistic service. An excellent industry service culture should be established to promote sterilization supply service quality forwards.
