| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微创漏斗胸矫形术（Nuss）治疗漏斗胸的手术配合经验。方法对25例采用Nuss治疗成人漏斗胸的手术配合要点进行分析和总结。结果本组手术时间50—120min，平均时间90min；平均住院日10d；术中出血量平均25mL。25例患者近期矫正效果良好，患者满意。结论充分的术前访视，完善的用物准备，术中严格的无菌操作是手术成功的重要保证。

Operative cooperation during Nuss procedure under thoracoscope in the treatment of pectus excavatum |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the operative cooperation during Nuss under thoracoscope in the treatment of pectus excavatum. Method The data on nursing cooperation during Nuss procedure under thoracoscope in the treatment of 25 cases of foveated chests were analyzed and summarized. Results The duration of performing Nuss ranged from 50 to 120 minutes, averaged 90 minutes, and the hospitalization duration averaged 10 days. The average bleeding volume was 25mL. The correction effect for a short period was satisfactory. Conclusion Preoperative visits, full preparation of materials and strict sterile operation during surgical operation are the assurance for successful operations. |
