光离叠波治疗仪按摩对产妇泌乳效果的影响

目的探讨采用光离叠波治疗仪按摩对产妇泌乳的效果。方法将400例初产妇随机分为对照组与观察组,每组各200例,两组产妇均进行母乳喂养指导,观察组在此基础上采用光离叠波治疗仪对产妇双侧乳房及腰骶部进行按摩。比较两组产妇泌乳的情况。结果观察组产妇泌乳始动时间较对照组提前、泌乳量较对照组充足、母乳喂养率较对照组高,两组比较,均P 〈 0.01,差异具有统计学意义。结论采用光离叠波治疗仪按摩可明显促进产妇泌乳,可增加乳汁分泌量,提高母乳喂养率。

Massage effect of light wave therapeutic instrument on puerperant lactation

Objective To investigate the massage effect of light wave therapeutic instrument on puerperant lactation. Methods, 400 primiparas were randomized equally into control group and observation group. The controls received instructions on breast feeding and those in the observation group received massage at both breasts and at lumbosacral area besides instructions on breast feeding. The two groups were compared regarding lactation. Results The lactation in the observation group was initiated in advance compared to the controls. The lactation volume and the rate of breast feeding in the experiment group were both significantly larger than those of controls （all P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions light wave therapeutic instrument is effective in promoting puerperant lactation. It may improve the volume of lactation and increase the rate of breast feeding.
