阿托伐他汀对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响

【目的】探讨阿托伐他汀对高血压患者血管内皮功能的影响。【方法】82例高血压患者，随机分为阿托伐他汀10mg组（A组，n=40）和20mg组（B组，n=42），阿托伐他汀睡前服用，1次／d．治疗12周。另选取30例正常体检者为对照纽（C组）。检测治疗前后三组研究对象血压、血脂、一氧化氮（NO）、和C反应蛋白（CRP）水平的变化。【结果】治疗前A、B组的血压、血脂和CRP明显高于C组，一氧化氮明显低于C组（P〈0．05）;A、B组治疗后血压、血脂和CRP显著下降（P〈0．05）；血NO显著上升。B组的作用较A组作用更为明显。【结论】阿托伐他汀可改善高血压患者的血管内皮功能，并有剂量依赖性。

Effect of Atorvastatin on Vascular Endothelium Function in Essential Hypertension

Objective]To investigate the effect of atorvastatin on endothelium-dependent vasodilatation function in essential hypertension （EH）. Methods]Eight-two patients with EH were divided randomly into atorvastatin 10mg group and atorvastatin 20mg group （10mg/d or 20mg/d） for 12 weeks. Thirty healthy a- dults served as control. Blood pressure, blood lipids, blood C-reaction protein （CRP） and nitric oxide （NO） level were measured before and 12 weeks after treatment. Results] Before atorvastatin treatment, the levels of blood pressure, blood lipids and CRP in atorvastatin groups were higher than those in control group, and blood NO level in atorvastatin groups was lower than that in control group. At 12 weeks after atorvastatin treatment, the levels of blood pressure, blood lipids and CRP decreased （P〈0.05） and blood NO level increased （P〈0.05）. Conclusion] Additional atorvastatin on conventional antihypertensive therapy may fur- ther more improve vascular endothelial function in a dose-dependent manner.
