胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤Bcl-2,P53,PCNA蛋白表达及意义

采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化方法检测３０例胃肠平滑肌肿瘤（恶性１９例，良性１１例）的Ｂｃｌ－２，Ｐ５３，ＰＣＮＡ蛋白的表达。结果发现，恶性平滑肌肿瘤Ｂｃｌ－２蛋白阳性表达率明显低于良性平滑肌肿瘤，而Ｐ５３，ＰＣＮＡ则明显增高。Ｂｃｌ－２阴性而Ｐ５３，ＰＣＮＡ阳性病例１年生存率明显低于Ｂｃｌ－２阳性而Ｐ５３，ＰＣＮＡ阴性表达者。结果表明，Ｂｃｌ－２，Ｐ５３，ＰＣＮＡ检测对恶性胃肠道平滑肌肿瘤的诊断和组织分化程度的判断以及其对预后的估计有一定的参考价值。

Expression and Significance of Bcl-2,P53 and PCNA Protein in Gastrointestinal Smooth Muscle Tumor

Expressions of Bcl-2,P53 and PCNA protein were studied by immunohistochemistry in paraffin embedded sections from 19 malignant gastrointestinal smooth muscle tumor(GISMT) and 11 benign GISMT(leiomyoma) cases.Results showed that in normal gastrointestinal smooth muscle tissues,expressions of Bcl-2 were all positive,and that of P53 protein and PCNA were all negative.The positive rates of Bcl-2,P53 and PCNA in benign GISMT were significantly different from that in malignant GISMT.There was a correlation between expressions of Bcl-2,P53 and PCNA protein and the survival rate of malignant CISMT patients.This suggests that the measurements of Bcl-2,P53 and PCNA protein might be helpful to the diagnosis of malignant GISMT,to estimation of the degree of histological defferentiation,and to prediction of the prognosis.
