摘    要:【目的】研究高压氧治疗对脑梗死患者血液流变学及血清脂质过氧化物 (LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。【方法】脑梗死患者 72例 ,随机分成高压氧组 (高压氧加药物治疗 )和对照组 (单纯药物治疗 )各 36例。治疗前及治疗后 2 0d检测血液流变学指标 ,LPO和SOD。【结果】高压氧组总有效率 91.7% ,对照组 6 6 .7% ,两组疗效差异有显著性意义 (P <0 .0 1) ;高压氧组血液流变学指标较治疗前明显改善 ,接近正常水平 ,对照组血液流变学亦有改善 ,但不如高压氧组明显 ;两组治疗前后相比差异有显著性 ;高压氧组LPO明显下降 ,SOD明显升高 ,治疗前后差异显著 (P <0 .0 1) ,而对照组无明显改善。【结论】高压氧治疗可明显改善脑梗死患者的血液流变学指标 ,提高SOD水平 ,降低LPO水平 ,并获得较好的临床治疗效果。

Abstract:To study the effects of hyperbaric oxygen therapy(HBOT) on hemorrheology and serum lipid peroxide (LPO)/superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with cerebral infarction.Seventy-two patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into HBOT group (HBO plus drug treatment in 36 cases) and control group (drugs only in 36 cases). The hemorrheological indexes and serum LPO/ SOD were detected before and 20 days after treatment.The total effective rates in HBOT group and control group were 91.7% and 66.7%, respectively, showing significant difference between both groups (P<0.01). The hemorrheological indexes in these two groups were all improved , but those in HBOT group after treatment were closer to the normal level(P<0.01) than in the control group (P<0.05). When the pretreatment results were compared with those after treatment, the serum level of LPO in HBOT group distinctly decreased and its serum SOD activity markedly increased (P<0.01) ; whereas no prominent changes of these biochemical data were observed in the control group. Conclusion]The HBOT can remarkably improve the hemorrheological indexes , reduce serum LPO level and elevate serum SOD activity in patients with cerebral infarction, thus obtaining a better therapeutic efficacy.
