国产阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性研究

【目的】探讨国产阿立哌唑对精神分裂症的临床疗效及安全性。【方法】对96例精神分裂症住院患者随机分为阿立哌唑（n=49）和利培酮两组（n=47），分别采用阿立哌唑与利培酮治疗，疗程8周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表（PANSs）评定疗效，以副反应量表（TESS）评定不良反应。【结果】治疗8周后，阿立哌唑组显效率81．63％，利培酮组为80．85％，两组疗效差异无显著性（P〉0．05），两组治疗后PANSS总分和各因子分均较治疗前有明显下降（P〈0．05），但两组差异无显著性（P〉0．05），不良反应总发生率阿立哌唑组显著低于利培酮组（P〈0．05）。【结论】阿立哌唑治疗精神分裂症有较好的疗效，与利培酮相当，不良反应比利培酮更少。

Study on the Clinical Efficacy and Safety of Aripiprazole Made in China for the Treatment of Patients with Schizophrenia

Objective] To explore the efficacy and safety of aripiprazole made in China for the treatment of patients with schizophrenia. Methodsl Totally 96 patients with schizophrenia were randomly assigned to arip- iprazole group（ n =49）and risperidone group（ n =47）. The treatment course was 8 weeks. Positive and negative syndrome scale（PANSS）and treatment emergent side effect scale（TESS） were used to evaluate the efficacy and side effects, respectively. Results] After the treatment for 8 weeks, the excellence rate in aripiprazole group and risperidone group was 81. 63% and 80. 85%, respectively. There was no significant difference in the efficacy between 2 groups（ P〉0.05）. Compared with before the treatment, the total PANSS scores and factor scores in 2 groups after the treatment obviously decreased（ P 〈0.05）, but there was no significant difference between 2 groups（ P〉0.05）. The incidence of side effects in aripiprazole group was significantly lower than that in risperidone group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusion]Aripiprazole for the treatment of schizophrenia is as effective as risperidone and has fewer side effects.
