2型糖尿病患者合并泌尿系感染的病原菌分布及耐药性分析

目的]了解本地区2型糖尿病（T2DM）患者合并泌尿系感染的病原菌分布以及耐药情况,为临床治疗提供可靠依据,指导临床合理用药.方法]对2012年1月至2013年12月期间本院625例T2DM住院患者的尿细菌培养与药敏结果进行回顾性分析.结果]在625例T2DM患者无菌中段尿中,捡出病原菌122株,革兰阴性杆菌占75.41％,其中无症状感染患者占43.58％.大肠埃希菌和肺炎克雷伯菌对氟喹诺酮类抗菌药物的耐药性大于60％.结论]T2DM患者合并泌尿系感染,临床治疗应积极控制血糖,及早发现,根据药物敏感试验选用抗生素治疗.

Distribution and Drug Resistance of Pathogenic Bacteria of Urinary Tract Infection in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

Objective]To understand the distribution and drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria of urinary tract infection in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in the area so as to provide reliable basis for clinical treatment and guide clinical rational drug use.Methods] Urine bacteria culture and drug susceptibility results of 625 inpatients with type 2 diabetes mellitus in our hospital from Jan.2012 to Dec.2013 were analyzed retrospectively.Results] The 122 strains pathogenic bacteria in midstream urine samples of 625 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were detected.Among these strains,gram-negative bacilli accounted for 75.41 ％.Patients with asymptomatic infection accounted for 43.58％.Drug resistance rate of Escherichia coli and Klebsiella pneumoniae to fluoroquinolone antibiotics were more than 60 ％.Conclusion] For patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus merged by urinary tract infection,active glucose control,early detection and reasonable use of antibiotics according to antimicrobial susceptibility test should be taken in clinical treatment.
