平衡镇痛联合排便前超前镇痛用于嵌顿痔急诊手术后疼痛

目的]观察平衡镇痛联合超前镇痛对嵌顿痔急诊手术及首次排便后镇痛及对减轻术后副作用发生的效果.方法]将360例嵌顿痔行急诊手术的患者随机分成三组.实验组为平衡镇痛联合超前镇痛组,另设单纯平衡镇痛组和单纯超前镇痛组两对照组.观察三组患者术后镇痛时间、疼痛发生时间、持续时间及疼痛指数、疼痛视觉量表积分、情感指教、尿潴留发生率,并进行统计学处理.结果]采用平衡镇痛联合超前镇痛组处理的患者,术后疼痛发生时间晚,疼痛程度轻,持续时间短,对情感影响小,尿潴留发生率低.结论]平衡镇痛联合排便前超前镇痛具有比较完善的镇痛效果,并具有较低的副反应发生率,能有效预防嵌顿痔急诊手术后及首次排便引起的疼痛.
