LncRNA AC007009.1与非小细胞肺癌临床分期相关性研究

【目的】研究lncRNA AC007009.1与非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)临床分期的相关性。【方法】选取本院2015年10月至2019年4月收治的150例NSCLC患者为研究对象。收集患者手术后标本癌组织,对其lncRNA AC007009.1进行检测,以lncRNA AC007009.1水平中位数(5.24±2.05)取临界值(5.23),将其分为lncRNA AC007009.1高表达组(n=93)与lncRNA AC007009.1低表达组(n=57),对两组患者临床病理学特征(年龄、性别、临床分期、是否存在远处转移、吸烟史、酗酒史、肿瘤大小)进行分析,并将有差异的信息纳入Logistic回归性分析,分析lncRNA AC007009.1高表达的危险因素,明确NACLC病理特征与lncRNA AC007009.1的关系。【结果】高表达组年龄>60岁、远处无转移、临床分期Ul或W期、吸烟的患者显著多于低表达组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组性别、酗酒史、肿瘤大小对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Logistic回归性分析结果表明,年龄>60岁、远处无转移、临床分期I或W期、有吸烟史是lncRNA AC007009.1高表达的的危险因素。【结论】LncRNA AC007009.1与NSCLC的年龄、临床分期、远处转移、吸烟史密切相关,可作为NSCLC早期评估的重要指标,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Study on the Correlation between LncRNA AC007009.1 and Clinical Staging of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective]To study the orrelation between LncRNA AC007009.1 and elinical stages of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC).Methods]A total of 150 cases of NSCLC patients in our hospital from Oetober 2015 to April 2019 were selected as the research obieets.The cut-off value(5.23)of L.ncRNA AC007009.1 was taken from the median of LncRNA AC007009.1 level(5.24±2.05).The patients were divided into LncRNA AC007009.1 high expression group(n=93)and LneRNA AC007009.1 low expression group(n=57),The clinicopathological charateristies(age,gen-der,clinical stage,distant metastasis,smoking history.drinking history.tumor size)of the two groups were analyzed,and the difference information was ineluded in the logistic regression analysis to analyze the risk factors of L.ncRNA AC007009.1 high expression,and to elarity the relationship between the pathological characteristics of NSCLC and Ln-cRNA AC007009.1 high expression,and to clanity the relationship between the pathological characteristics of NSCLC and IncRNA ACO07009.1.Results]The patients with age≥60 years,distant metastasis,elinical stageⅢ or Ⅳ,smoking in high expression group were significantly more than those in low expression group(P<0.05);there was no significant diference in gender.history of alcobol abuse,tumor size between the two groups(P>0.05).Logistic regression analy-sis showed that age≥60 years old,no distant metastasis,clinical stage Ⅲ or Ⅳ。smoking history were risk factors for LncRNA AC007009.loverexpression.Conclusion]LncRNA AC007009.1 is closely related to the age,elinical stage,dis-tant metastasis and smoking history of NSCLC.It can be used as an important indicator for early evaluation of NSCLC and.has high elinical application value.
