| 摘 要： | 【目的】探讨原发性高血压患者颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）及颈动脉粥样斑块与脑卒中的关系。【方法】应用高频彩色多普勒超声检测100例原发性高血压患者与60例健康体检者IMT值，分析其变化，随访5年，了解高血压患者IMT与脑卒中的关系。【结果】原发性高血压患者IMT值明显高于健康体检者（P〈0．01）。不稳定性斑块患者发生脑卒中的比率显著高于硬斑患者（P〈0．01）。【结论】了解高血压患者IMT与颈动脉斑块性质对预测脑卒中发生及防治有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore the variation of carotid intima-media thickness（IMT） and plaque in essential hypertension （EH） patients and the relationship between IMT and stoke. Methods]One hundred EH patients and 60 healthy people were enrolled in this study. The value of IMT was detected by high-frequency color Doppler ultrasound. The relationship between IMT and stoke was analyzed by 5-year follow-up. Resuits] The values of IMT in EH patients were obviously higher than those in healthy people（ P d0.01）. The occurrence rate of stoke obviously increased in EH patients with plaque instability in carotid artery （ P 〈0.01）. Conclusion] By analyzing the values of IMT and quality of carotid artery plaque can predict the occurrence of stoke, and provide a basis for clinical prevention and treatment. |
