临床护理路径在腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除56例围术期护理中的应用研究

目的：探讨临床护理路径在腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术护理中的应用效果。方法：将56例患者随机分为实验组和对照组各28例,实验组采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组按常规护理,比较两组术后首次下床时间、首次排气时间、腹胀发生率、住院时间、健康知识掌握情况、遵医行为及患者满意度。结果：术后首次下床时间、首次排气时间、腹胀发生率、住院时间、健康知识掌握情况、遵医行为及患者满意度等方面比较均有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：临床护理路径用于腹腔镜辅助下阴式子宫切除术患者围术期护理,可有效提高护理质量及患者满意度,值得推广应用。

Study on the pathway of clinical nursing care to perioperative nursing care in vaginal hysterectomy of 56 cases under laparoscope

Objective: To study the effect of pathway clinical nursing care to perioperative nursing care on vaginal hysterectomy of 56 cases under laparoscope.Methods: Fifty six patients were divided into experiment group(n=28) and control group(n=28) at random.In experiment group,patients were given nursing care in the light of pathway of clinical nursing care,while routine nursing care was taken in control group.The comparison was made in these aspects: the first time for patients to get off patient-bed;the first time to have anal exhaust;the incidence of abdominal distention;days of hospitalization;grasp of knowledge of health;compliance behavior and patient's satisfaction.There was significant difference in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusion: It can effectively increase the quality of nursing care and patient's satisfaction when the pathway of clinical nursing care is applied.
