| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨因外伤致阴茎全部或大部缺损行阴茎再造术的护理。方法 :对 4 0例患者行手术治疗 ,治疗前后予以心理支持及专科护理。结果 :4 0例经手术治疗 ,心理支持疏导 ,专科护理后 ,阴茎均有感觉与勃起功能 ,处于良好的身心状态。结论 :精心观察、专业护理及心理支持是阴茎再造术患者保留感觉与勃起功能及恢复健康的重要保证。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the nursing care of pervis rebuilding operation with reserved feeling and erection function.Method:Received 40 cases who had accepted penis rebuilding operation,observation and nursing before and after operation.Result:All penis retrived feeling and erection function after operation and special care.Conclusion:Careful observation special and professional care,psychological support can promise success of penis rebuilding with reserved feeling and erection function. |
