抚触结合体位变换护理干预在早产肺炎患儿中的应用

目的:探讨抚触结合体位变换护理干预在早产肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法:将2017年1月1日~2019年1月31日82例早产肺炎患儿随机分为对照组和实验组各41例,对照组采用常规护理联合常规体位干预,实验组采用抚触结合体位变换护理干预模式。干预2个月后,比较两组患儿呼吸功能指标,采用婴幼儿智能发育检查量表(CDCC)评价两组患儿的运动和智能发育情况。结果:干预2个月后,实验组患儿血氧分压(PaO2)、血氧饱和度(SaO2)高于对照组(P<0.05),动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO2)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿干预后智力发育指数(MDI)和运动发育指数(PDI)评分均高于干预前(P<0.01),且实验组患儿MDI、PDI评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对早产肺炎患儿进行抚触结合体位变换护理干预,可改善患儿呼吸功能和身体发育,提高早产肺炎患儿临床治疗效果。

The Application of Nursing Intervention of Touching Combined with Body Position Changing in Premature Infants with Pneumonia

Objective:To explore the application effect of intervention nursing of touching combined with body position changing in premature pneumonia infants.Methods:From January 1,2017 to January 31,2019,82 cases of premature infants with pneumonia were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group,each with 41 cases.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention combined with joint routine body position intervention,while the experimental group was given touching combined with body position changing nursing intervention.Two months after intervention,comparison was made on the respiratory function indicators of the two groups,and MDI and PDI index of CDCC scale were used to evaluate movement and intelligent development of the two groups of children.Results:Two months after intervention,the PaO2 and SaO2 levels in the infants in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the indexes of PaCO2,HR and RR were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).MDI and PDI scores were higher than those before intervention(P<0.01)and in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of intervention nursing of touching combined with body position changing in premature pneumonia infants can improve their respiratory function and development,and improve the clinical treatment effect.
