桂皮汤在口腔护理中的应用

摘    要:为探讨桂皮汤对脑卒中昏迷禁食、鼻饲患者口臭、口腔白色念珠菌感染的防治作用, 将脑卒中昏迷鼻饲多于1 周的113 例, 随机分为3 组, 分别用33-3% 桂皮汤,50% 桂皮汤和生理盐水进行口腔护理。结果: 桂皮汤1 组、2 组与对照组比较, 口臭、白色念珠菌感染患者构成比差异有显著性( P <0-01)。提示33-3 % 以上浓度桂皮汤对脑卒中昏迷鼻饲患者口臭、口腔白色念珠菌感染有良好的防治作用。

Abstract:To discuss the function of aqua cinnamommi in preventing and treating halitosis in patients who received nasal feeding Candidasis albicans in oral cacity in fasting patients with cerebral apoplexy 113 cases were divided randomly into three groups Who received aqua cinnamomi of different content 33 3%,50% and normal saline as oral cacity nursing measure Result:There are significant difference in content ratio of halitosis candidasis albicans in group 1,2 and control group Conclusion:more than 33 3%,content of aqua cinnamomi have good preventive function
