| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药熏蒸法治疗痹症的疗效及护理方法。方法将170例痹症患者按入院顺序分为对照组80例和治疗组90例,对照组采用TDP灯照射,治疗组采用中药熏蒸,两组其它常规治疗方法相同。结果治疗组治愈76例,好转10例,总有效率95.6%;对照组治愈51例,好转16例,总有效率83.8%。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中药熏蒸法治疗痹症使用方便、见效快、患者痛苦小,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effectiveness of herbal steaming therapy in the treatment of bi-syndrome and nursing care. Methods: 170 patients with bi-syndrome were randomly divided into control group (n=80) and treatment group (n=90) in the order of admission. TDP lamp irradiation and herbal steaming therapy were respectively applied in the control group and treatment group on the basis of routine treatment. Results: 76 patients in the treatment group were cured and 10 improved. The total effective rate was 95.6%. 51 patients were cured and 16 improved, and the total effective rate was 83.8%. The significant difference was found in the comparison of the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: Herbal steaming therapy is simple, effective and should be popularized. |
