心理干预对妊娠高血压综合征患者的影响

目的:探讨心理干预对妊娠高血压综合征(PIH)患者的影响.方法:将100例PIH患者随机分为干预组和对照组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,干预组在此基础上加强心理干预.入院当天及出院前1 d分别采用焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)进行评估.结果:入院当天两组SAS、SDS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).出院前1 d,干预组SAS、SDS评分较治疗前均降低(P＜0.01),且干预组SAS、SDS评分均低于对照组(P＜0.01).干预组剖宫产率及产后出血、胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:PIH患者存在不同程度焦虑和抑郁,实施心理干预有助于改善其不良情绪,顺利度过孕产期,促进产后康复,提高母婴生存率与生活质量.
