综合护理干预在下肢骨折并发深静脉血栓形成患者中的应用

目的:探讨综合护理干预在下肢骨折并发深静脉血栓形成患者中的应用效果。方法:将100例下肢骨折并发深静脉血栓形成的患者随机分为观察组和对照组各50例,对照组患者采用常规健康教育、饮食指导、运动指导等措施,观察组在常规护理基础上实施综合护理干预,比较两组患者依从性、满意度及生活质量改善情况。结果:观察组患者总依从率98%,对照组总依从率72%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总满意率96%,对照组总满意率70%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预应用于下肢骨折并发深静脉血栓形成患者,可以改善患者的生活质量,提高其依从性及满意度,临床应用价值较高。

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Patients with Lower Extremity Fracture Complicated with Deep Vein Thrombosis

Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in lower limb fracture complicated with deep vein thrombosis.Methods:A total of 100 cases of lower limbs fractures complicated by deep vein thrombosis patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 50 cases each.The control group was treated by routine health education,dietary guidance,and sports guidance measures.The comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of conventional nursing was implemented in the observation group.The patients′compliance,satisfaction and the quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The total compliance rate was 98% in the observation group and 72% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total satisfaction rate of the observation group was 96%,while the total satisfaction rate of the control group was 70%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with lower limb fractures complicated with deep vein thrombosis can improve the quality of life of patients,and increase their compliance and satisfaction,with high clinical application value.
