| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨开天门穴位按摩治疗甲亢术前失眠的效果。方法:将80例甲亢术前失眠患者随机分为对照组27例和观察组53例,对照组给予口服舒乐安定,观察组给予开天门穴位按摩,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:开天门穴位按摩能够缩短患者入睡时间,使其真正的睡眠时间延长,从而提高睡眠质量,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:开天门穴位按摩治疗甲亢术前失眠方法简单,疗效显著,值得推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the effect of massage on Tianmen point in the treatment of insomnia before operation on hyperthyroidism.Methods:Eighty patients with insomnia before hyperthyroidism were randomly divided into control group(n=27) and observation group(n=53).Estazolam was given in control group,and massage on Tianmen point was applied in observation group.The therapeutic effect was compared between the two groups.Results:Massage of Tianmen point can help patients fall asleep quickly and prolong sleeping time so as to increase the quality of sleeping.The significant difference was found in the comparison between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The massage on Tianmen point is one of simple methods and very effective in the treatment of insomnia before operation on hyperthyroidism. |
