超声波疗法辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的效果观察

目的:观察超声波疗法辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将120例患者随机分成两组各60例,对照组给予口服单硝酸异山梨酯片30mg次/,1次/d;治疗组在此基础上给予超声治疗。3个月为1疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率90%,显效19例(31.7%),有效35例(58.3%),无效6例(10%);对照组总有效率66.7%,显效13例(21.7%),有效27例(45%),无效20例(33.3%)。两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:超声波疗法辅助治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效满意,值得推广。

Observation on the effectiveness outcome of ultrasonic therapy in adjunctive treatment of cornary heart disease with angina pectoris

Objective: To evaluate the effect of ultrasonic therapy in adjunctive treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris.Methods:120 patients were divided into two groups,oral mono-isosorbide dinitrate was applied in the control group and on the basis of it,ultrasonic therapy was used in the treatment group.A course of treatment was 3 months.Results: The total effective rate was 90% in the treatment group,effectual 19 cases,effective 35cases,ineffective 6 cases,the total effective rate was 66.7% in the control group,effectual 13 cases,effective 27 cases,ineffective 20 cases.There was significant difference in the comparison of the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasonic therapy powder is satisfied in adjunctive treatment of coronary heart disease with angina pectoris,and can be widely used in clinic.
