经桡动脉与股动脉冠脉介入治疗术后护理对比的体会

目的：比较经桡动脉途径与经股动脉途径行冠状动脉介入(PCI)的护理特点。方法：随机将98例患分成两组经桡动脉途径PCI48例，经股动脉途径PCI50例，比较两种径路PCI操作的疗效及观察桡动脉痉挛时，用药物预防及解痉的效果，术后卧床、体位、肝素应用及出血、血肿、肺栓塞和桡动脉血管并发症发生的情况及采取的护理措施。结果：经桡动脉途径解痉治疗有效，术后1例穿刺部位轻微渗血。经桡动脉途径比股动脉途径PCI术后局部出血、血肿、肺栓塞和血管并发症少。结论：两种不同径路术后效果相似，但经桡动脉途径PCI血管、出血、血肿、肺栓塞并发症少且无须中断肝素抗凝，无砂袋压迫，无需卧床，无体位限制，患痛苦小，患舒适感增加而且住院时间短。

A comparative study on postoperative nursing between transradial artery PCI and transfemoral artery PCI

Objective: To compare clinical characteristics between transradial artery PCI and transfemoral artery PCI. Method: 98 cases were randomly divided into 2 groups,48 in the former and 50 in the latter, to compare the therapeutic effect of PCI, observe the preventing and relieving effect with drugs in spasm of radial artery, postoperative bed rest, posture, heparin use, hemorrhage, hematoma, pulmonary embolism radial artery complications and nursing measures. Result: The transradial artery PCI was effective in relieving spasm, with 1 case of light oozing of blood in the punctured position. There were fewer cases of local hemorrhage, hematoma, pulmonary embolism and vascular complications in transradial artery PCI than in transfemoral artery PCI. Conclusion: Though the two routes are similar in effect, there are fewer complications of vascular hemorrhage,hematoma and pulmonary embolism, with no interruption of heparin anticoagulation, no sand bag pressure, no bed rest and no posture limitation. The patients feel less painful and more comfortable with shorter hospitalization.
