术前访视对乳腺癌手术患者治疗依从性的影响

目的:探讨术前访视对乳腺癌手术患者治疗依从性的影响。方法:将77例乳腺癌手术患者随机分为对照组39例和干预组38例,对照组沿用既往方式由麻醉科医生负责进行术前访视,干预组由经过统一培训的访视护士完成乳腺癌手术前访视。利用治疗依从性量表、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、护理工作满意度问卷,于术前、术后15 d康复期进行问卷调查。结果:术后15 d干预组患者在保持积极情绪、履行康复计划及坚持运动方面优于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01),而在服从手术计划、主动应对方面与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者SAS得分在术后15 d均较术前降低,但干预组得分低于对照组(P<0.01),干预组患者对护理工作满意度得分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:术前访视能够有效改善乳腺癌手术患者的焦虑水平,提高患者治疗依从性及对护理工作的满意度。

Impact of preoperative interview on the treatment compliance of patients with breast cancer surgery

Objective: To discuss the impact of preoperative interview on the treatment compliance of patients with breast cancer surgery.Methods: 77 patients with breast cancer surgery were randomly divided into a control group(n=39) and an intervention group(n=38).The traditional preoperative interview made by anesthesiologists was implemented in the control group;the preoperative interview made by the nurses who had special training was adopted in the intervention group.The treatment compliance rating scale,Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS) and nursing satisfaction questionnaire were used to conduct a questionnaire survey on the patients before operation and in the 15-day rehabilitation stage after operation.Results : The patients were better in the aspects of keeping positive emotion,performing the rehabilitation program and persisting in exercise in the intervention group than the control group after operation for 15 days(P<0.05,P<0.01);there were no statistically significant differences in the comparison of obeying operation plan and actively coping between the two groups(P>0.05);the SAS scores decreased in both groups after operation for 15 days than those before operation,but the scores were lower in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.01);the scores of patient’s satisfaction with nursing service were higher in the intervention group than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The preoperative interview can effectively relieve patient’s anxiety so as to improve patient’s compliance and satisfaction.
