| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高中风患者生活质量的护理方法。方法将50例中风患者随机分为对照组23例和实验组27例,对照组给予针灸内科常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予心理护理和康复训练。结果两组患者治疗护理后日常生活活动(ADL)能力和贝克抑郁量表(BDI)评分均有好转,但实验组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施针对性心理护理和康复训练可明显提高中风患者的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To discuss the nursing approaches to improve the quality of life of patients with stroke. Methods: 50 patients were randomly divided into control group (n=23) and experimental group (n=27), routine acupuncture treatment was taken in the control group and additional psycho-nursing and rehabilitation training on the basis of routine treatment were applied in the experimental group. Results: ADL and BDI were much improved after treatment and rehabilitation training. The effectiveness was more superior in the experimental group than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The proper psycho-nursing and rehabilitation training can markedly increase the effectiveness of treatment for the patients with stroke. |
