| 摘 要： | 目的：继承中医小儿推拿手法中的摩腹揉脐，并加以改良。方法：观察组采用改良方法治疗婴幼儿腹泻８０例；对照组８０例，用药物治疗，观察７２ｈ腹泻停止时间。结果：两组总有效率比较，有明显差异，Ｐ〈０．０１。结论：该方法与药物治疗相比，降低了病原菌的变异和耐药菌株的产生，避免了药物而致的毒性反应，操作简单，取材方便，疗效显。

| Abstract: | Objective:We have modified chinese traditional abdomenal massage method ,and spreadit.Method :Observationgroup ,80 cases diarrhea ,treated with modified method ;Control group ,80cases, treated with medicine.Result:Comparethe two groups for their curativerate,they have significant difference P <0 .0 1.Conclusion :Modified massage method can lower bacteria variance,prevent production of resistant bacteria and toxi creaction of me dicine,easy to manage,and convenient. |
