术中上、下肢静脉输液静脉炎发生率的比较

目的：探讨手术中上、下肢静脉输液对静脉炎发生率的影响。方法：选择下肢内踝大隐静脉和上肢腕部头静脉，使用静脉留置针。结果：下肢静脉炎发生率高于上肢，有显性差异（P＜0.01)，各年龄组静脉炎的发生率，有明显差异（P＜0.05)。结论：上肢静脉瓣数量较少，静脉路径相对较短，手术时应选择上肢静脉输液，对年轻手术患更应重视静脉炎的预防。

Incidence of phlebitis due to transfusion through upper or lower extremity during operation

Objective:To findout the method to prevent phlebitis incidence. Method : We accept indwelling needle at vena saphena magna near medial malleolus and cephanus vena at wrist.Result: Incidence of phlebitis at lower extremity is higher then upper extremity (P< 0.01),there are significant difference between different age.groups (P< 0.05).Conclusion: there are less venous valves in upper extremity,its path is relatively shorter.we should accept upper limb as the better site for transfusion.
