| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预对首发精神分裂症患者的影响。方法:将90例患者随机分为干预组和对照组各45例,对照组在常规应用利培酮治疗的同时给予精神科基础护理,干预组在此基础上实施综合护理干预。比较两组患者护理干预2周后SAS评分、SDS评分及护理干预8周后生活质量评分、用药依从性。结果:两组患者护理干预2周后SAS评分、SDS评分及护理干预8周后生活质量评分、用药依从性比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对首发精神分裂症患者实施综合护理干预措施可提高临床疗效,改善患者预后。
