| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨综合护理干预对喉癌患者生活质量(QOL)的影响。方法:将87例喉癌患者随机分为实验组45例和对照组42例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组在此基础上实施综合护理干预。结果:实验组喉癌患者术前、术后2周及术后1个月QOL与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组癌症患者QOL评分高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:综合护理干预可提高喉癌患者生活质量。
