| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨个性化手术全期护理对肿瘤患者围术期心理状况的影响。方法:将75例消化道恶性肿瘤患者随机分为观察组37例和对照组38例,对照组给予常规围术期整体护理,观察组给予个性化手术全期护理。比较两组术前访视后及术后随访时抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分及入手术室后心率、血压、疼痛情况。结果:术前访视后观察组SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05);入手术室后两组心率、血压比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);术后随访时两组SAS及SDS评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:个性化手术全期护理可提高护理质量及护士综合素质,有效缓解患者焦虑情绪,有利于手术顺利进行及术后康复。
