临床护理路径在经皮冠状动脉介入术患者中的应用

目的:探讨临床护理路径在经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)患者中的应用效果。方法:将213例冠心病患者按入院单、双日随机分为实验组104例和对照组109例,实验组采用临床护理路径进行护理,对照组实施常规护理。观察、比较两组护理工作漏项、并发症发生率及患者舒适度、住院时间、卧床时间、满意度。结果:实验组护理工作漏项、并发症发生率均低于对照组,而患者舒适度、满意度均高于对照组,患者住院时间、卧床时间均少于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:应用临床护理路径对行PCI患者实施护理,既可提高工作效率,又可提高护理质量。

Application of clinical nursing path to the patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention therapy

Objective:To investigate the effect of clinical nursing path in the patients who underwent percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) therapy.Methods:213 patients with coronary heart disease were randomly divided into an experimental group(n=104) and a control group(n=109) according to the odd and even days of admission.The patients in the experimental group were given nursing care according to clinical nursing path and the patients in the control group received routine nursing care.The missed items in nursing care,incidence of complications,patient comfort,hospitalization days,time of lying in bed and patient satisfaction were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The missed items in nursing care and the incidence of complications were fewer and lower,the patient comfort and satisfaction was higher and hospitalization days and time of lying in bed were shorter in the experimental group than those in the control group(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusion:The application of clinical nursing path in the nursing care of patients with PCI therapy can not only improve the work efficiency,but also improve the quality of nursing care.
