聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯无纺布接枝丙烯酸制备LDL吸附材料及其血液相容性初步研究

摘    要:目的制备1种对低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、胆固醇和甘油三酯有选择性吸附的材料,并初步评价该系列材料的血液相容性。方法通过紫外辐照接枝的方式在聚对苯二甲酸丁二醇酯无纺布(PBTNF)上接枝不同比例的丙烯酸(AAc)(接枝率分别为17%、35%、45%、55%、60%),研究PBTNF-AAc对低密度脂蛋白、胆固醇、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白的吸附能力;用X射线光电子能谱分析改性PBTNF-AAc表面,并考察PBTNF-AAc的溶血率及血小板粘附性能。结果在体外实验中测得上述5接枝率的PBTNF-AAc对LDL的去除率分别为(50.8±3.2)%、(56.1±6.9)%、(66.5±6.9)%、(83.4±3.9)%和(85±2.9)%,以及血小板粘附的数量(×106/cm2)分别为92.0±25.7、29.5±5.6、20.5±3.6、14.9±1.5和12.9±1.8,且溶血率均<5%。结论所制备的PBTNF-AAc对LDL具有良好的吸附性能且血液相容性良好。

The primary study on the preparation of polybutylene terephthalate nonwoven fabrics LDL adsorbent and its blood compatibility
Abstract:Objective To remove low density lipoprotein-cholesterol (LDL-C),cholesterol and triglyceride from hyperlipemia plasma by polyacrylic acid (PAAc) grafted polybutylene terephthalate nonwoven fabric (PBTNF).And the blood compatibility of the modified PBTNF was evaluated.Methods The acrylic acid (AAc) was introduced to the PBTNF surface first by UV,and then five graft efficiency of PBTNF-PAAc adsorbents were required,which were 17%、35%、45%、55% and 60%,respectively.The modified PBTNF was characterized by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.In addition,the haemolyticus and platelet adhesion of these adsorbents were also studied.Results Those five adsorbents’ adsorption percentage were (50.8±3.2)%,(56.1±6.9)%,(66.5±6.9)%,(83.4±3.9)% and (85±2.9)%,respectively.And the amount of platelet adhesion on PBTNFs were (92.0±25.7),(29.5±5.6),(20.5±3.6),(14.9±1.5) and (12.9±1.8)106/cm2,respectively.The hemolysis rate of PBTNFs were less than 5%.The adsorbents showed higher adsorption capability for LDL-C from plasma in vitro and good blood compatibility.Conclusion These adsorbents have LDL higher adsorption capability and good blood compatibility..
