骨科手术患者输血状况调查分析

目的分析本院骨科病区手术患者输血状况。方法通过对2009年7月1日～2011年6月30日在我院骨科病区手术并输血的806名患者病历进行回顾性调查。设计调查表,获取信息,应用统计分析工具,分析骨科手术患者用血状况。结果 1)本院骨科病区手术5 488例,输血806例,占手术患者14.69%,其中8.31%(67例)术前输过血,75.31%(607例)术中输过血,45.16%术后输过血(364例)。2)总的悬浮红细胞、血浆平均用量以术中为最高,术后次之,术前最少;但输注悬浮红细胞和血浆的患者术前、术中、术后用量间无显著差异。3)术前、术中、术后同时输注悬浮红细胞和新鲜冰冻血浆的比例分别为76.12%、85.34%和85.44%。4)术前输注悬浮红细胞的51例患者,创伤性骨折手术占78.43%。结论所调查的骨科手术并输血的患者,术前输血多发生于创伤性骨折手术患者,输血尤其术中输血存在悬浮红细胞与新鲜冰冻血浆搭配使用的现象。

Survey of transfusion status for patients operated in orthopaedics departments

Object To analysis the transfusion status of patients which has been operated in orthopedics departments of the general hospital.Methods The retrospective study was carried on 806 cases which had been operated and transfused blood in the orthopedics department from the Jane 1st in 2009 to July 30th in 2011 by us.The data of the survey was recorded in a sheet of every patient and be analysis.Results 1)There were 5 488 patients which had been operated in orthopedics departments during the cause of survey time.806 cases were been transfused blood during hospitalization and were 14.69% of these patients operated(8.31% before operations;the 75.31% during operations;45.16 after operations).2)The total transfusion of RBC and FFP was the most during operation and the least after operation.3)There were 76.12%,85.34% and 85.44% cases which had been transfused RBC and FFP at one time before,during and after operations separately.4)There were 78.43% which had wound and fractured among those 51 cases which had been transfused blood before operations.Conclusion Transfusion before operation was happened more on the patient which had wound and fracture.The blood transfusion,exist RBC transfusion arranging in pairs with FFP during in the operations.
