献血者中TTV检测及新基因型鉴定

目的 :了解TTV在广东地区献血者人群中感染情况。方法 :应用半巢式PCR和克隆测序对南方医院输血中心 1998年初注册的献血者进行TTV感染调查和病毒基因序列分析。结果 :在 10 3名献血者中有 2 0名检测出TTV ,检出率为 19%。用自动测序仪测序得到的TTV序列片段 (1915～ 2 185核苷酸片段 )与通过互连网下载的基因TTV日本株比较 ,同源性在 6 6 8%～ 99.3%。结论 :我国献血者中存在较高的TTV感染率 ,所分离到的两毒株可能为国内一种新的TTV基因亚型 G2c型。

Detection of TT Virus and Identification of its New Sub-genotype in Blood Donors

Objective:To understand the TTV infections in blood donor cohorts in Guangdong region,China.Methods:The survey of TTV infection and analysis of sequence of the virus gene were performed by halfnested PCR and cloning sequencing methods in the blood donors recruited by Blood Center of Nanfang Hospital in 1998.Results:The TTV had been detected by PCR method in 20 of 103 blood donors,and the detectable rate was 19%.The homology of the senetic sequence segments of TTV(nucleotide segments 1915～2185)sequenced by automatic sequencer was 66.8%～99.3% as compared with Japanese strain of TTV in the gene pool published on Internet.Conclusion:The TTV infection rate is very high in Chinese blood donors.Perhaps,the genotype of the two stranis of TTV have been separated is a new subgenotype——G2 in China.
