| 摘 要： | 目的评估抗体中和确认试验在乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)低值弱阳性标本中的应用。方法将由微粒子酶免疫发光法(MEIA)检测的HBsAg结果(S/CO)在1.0~10.0之间的111份弱阳性血清标本进行抗体中和确认试验,并进行乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA),对比各试验结果间的差异。结果抗体中和确认试验阳性92例(82.9%),ELISA检测阳性47例(42.3%),2项试验检测结果间差异有统计学意义(P=0.033)。结论对HBsAg低值弱阳性标本,ELISA检测漏检率很高,敏感性和特异性均不佳;抗体中和确认试验可做为HBsAg弱阳性标本进一步确认的手段。
