摘    要:目的 评价液体试剂与干粉试剂酶法测定血清总二氧化碳 (TCO2 )的可靠性。方法 依据美国国家临床实验室标准化委员会 (NCCLS)有关文件对 2种试剂测定血清TCO2 进行相关性比较并对其线性、精密度进行评价。结果 液体试剂与干粉试剂相关良好 (r =0 .976 0 ) ,预期相对偏差在 15mmol/L时为 0 .0 7% ,在 2 5mmol/L时为 0 .16 % ,在 5 0mmol/L时为 0 .2 2 %。 2种试剂的线性范围均较宽 ,线性回归方程分别为Y =0 .995 9X - 1.4 2 92和Y =0 .9787X - 0 .5 74 8,r分别为 0 .9998和 0 .9997。 2种试剂的精密度均很好 ,其批内不精密度及总不精密度 (CV)均 <6 .1%。结论 液体试剂与干粉试剂测定血清中的TCO2 的相关性、线性、精密度均很好 ,具有可比性 ,而液体试剂使用更为方便。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the reliability of total carbon dioxide(TCO 2) measurement by liquid and powdered reagents. Methods According to the NCCLS documents, TCO 2 was measured comparatively by liquid and powdered reagents, and the linearity and the precision of the two reagents were evaluated. Results The correlative coefficient of the two methods was 0.976 0. The bias was 0.07% at 15 mmol/L, 0.16% at 25 mmol/L and 0.22% at 50 mmol/L respectively. The linear regression equations of liquid and powdered reagents were Y=0.995 9X-1.429 2 and Y=0.978 7X-0.574 8, correlative coefficient were 0.999 8 and 0.999 7. The two reagents showed a good precision, the within run and the total imprecision (CV) were lower than 6.1%. Conclusions Both methods meet the clinical needs requirement, but the liquid reagent is more convenient to use.
