围体外循环手术期凝血因子X和凝血酶原时间检测的价值

对８０例次围体外循环手术患者动态检测凝血因子Ｘ和凝血酶原时间，结果表明，两种检测结果在不同时间内呈规律性变化且有较好的相关性。ＦＸ活性在术前有明显增高，术中有明显减少，这一结果给临床提供了有价值的数据。同时弥补了单用ＰＴ在术中由于应用肝素抗凝而不能检测的缺点。

The value of measurement of Factor X and PT in cases with peri-operation of extracorporeal circulation

Factor X and PT were dynamically measured 80 times in 16 cases with peri-operation of extracorporeal circulation. The results indicated that the two parameters measured in different time had a regular change and good correlation. The activity of FX significantly increased before operation, but dramatically decreased in the course of operation. The use of the measurements avoid the deficiency of PT which was ineffective in the course of operation when heparin was used as the anticoagulant, and gave valuable data for clinical practice.
