云南省家鼠鼠疫监测技术方案评估与研究

摘    要:目的 现场评估云南省家鼠鼠疫监测技术和方案,科学调整该省家鼠鼠疫监测方法和模式,提高监测质量和应急处置能力。方法 随机抽取6个监测县(区),对48个固定点和流动点开展鼠密度调查;统一制定鼠疫监测调查表,对监测执行单位和个人进行现场评估。结果 现场监测6县(区)固定点平均鼠密度为2.32%,流动点(菜园地和农耕地)和林地平均鼠密度分别为7.35%和5.01%;监测实际支出平均为29 089元/年;部分县级鼠疫实验室尚未达到生物安全二级实验室要求,应急装备基本配置参差不齐。结论 云南省的鼠疫监测方案应根据家鼠鼠疫监测工作需要,进行合理调整,增加监测经费投入,提高监测效率,为全省分析疫情和科学防治鼠疫提供可靠依据。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the surveillance technique and scheme of rodent plague in Yunnan province, provide scientific evidence for the revision of surveillance method and model and the improvement of plague surveillance and emergency response. Methods The rat density survey was conducted in 48 surveillance points (fixed or mobile) in 6 counties randomly selected. Field evaluation was done on the performance of the surveillance. Results The average rat density at fixed points was 2.32%, the average rat density at mobile points was 7.35% for vegetable land and farmland and 5.01% for woodland respectively. The average annual expenditure on the surveillance was 29 089 yuan. The plague laboratories in some counties had not met the requirement for bio-safety Ⅱ, and the emergency response equipment level varied. Conclusion It is necessary to revise the plague surveillance sachem, increase the financial investment according to the actual need to improve the surveillance efficiency and provide reliable data for the epidemic analysis and prevention/treatment of plague.
