摘    要:目的 了解掌握本市家禽、家畜及肉制品大肠杆菌O157∶H7污染状况。方法2000年、2001年分别在流行季节在设置的监测点与超市采集家禽、家畜粪便、肉类制品 ,应用常规培养法与免疫磁珠法进行监测。结果两年间本市家禽、家畜及肉类制品O157∶H7阳性检出率 3.90% ,阳性率最高为肉类制品 4.87% ,2001年阳性率较 2000年明显提高 (P <0.01) ,16种抗生素耐药性监测 ,不同来源菌株对 13种抗生素存在不同耐药率。结论本市家禽、家畜及肉制品存在大肠杆菌O157∶H7污染状况 ,其中肉类制品高于家禽、家畜;免疫磁珠法阳性检出率高于常规培养法。

Abstract:Objective The situation of domestic animals, fowls and meat wares contaminated with E.coli O157∶H7 was under investigation. Methods General cultivation method and immunomagnetic separation were used, during the E.coli O157∶H7 infection period in Shanghai, to ivestigate feces of domestic animals and fowls, and meat products, collected in surveillance spots and supermarkets in the year 2000 and 2001 respectively. Result An overall positive rate with 3.90% E.coli O157∶H7 was obtained. Meat has the highest positive rate,4.87%.And the positive rate was higher in 2001 than in 2000.Form the result of 16 antibiotic resistant surveillance,the rate of bacterial strains from different sources resistant to 13 antibiotics differs.Conclusion The contamination with E.coil O157:H7 existed among domestic animals,fowls and meat products in Shanghai,and meat products have a higher positive rate than domestic animals,fowls.The immunomagnetic separation has a higher positive rate than general cultivation method.
