摘    要:目的对Siemens Sensation 4螺旋CT机的Volume 软件体积测量的准确性进行实验研究.方法对10个不同形状、大小及密度的固体及液体模型进行螺旋扫描,用8mm及3mm层厚重建出CT图像,利用Volume 软件对模型进行体积测量.把模型的CT测量体积与实际体积进行比较.结果 CT测量体积与实际体积有良好的相关性,8mm图像测量值与实测值相关系数为0.999 (P<0.001),3mm图像测量值与实测值相关系数为1.000 (P<0.001).8mm层厚图像测量值与实测值平均差别为(9.5±8.7)%,3mm层厚图像测量值与实测值平均差别为(3.1±2.5)%,这两种差别经配对资料t检验P=0.025<0.05,具有统计学差异.结论 Volume 软件可作为一种非创伤的方法对人体组织器官的体积进行测量.

Abstract:Objective To evaluate experimentally the accuracy of volume software of Siemens Sensation 4 multi-array detector spiral CT in measuring the volume. Methods Ten solid or liquid models with different size, shape, and density were scanned by Siemens Sensation 4 multi-array detector spiral CT. The collimation was 8mm and 3mm. The CT images were transferred to the workstation containing volume software for volume measurement, and the measurement result was compared with the actual volume. Results The correlation between the CT system and actual reference measurement of volumes was very high. The correlation coefficient r was 0.999 (P<0.001) on 8 mm sections and was 1.000 (P<0.001) on 3 mm sections. The mean difference between volume measurements was (9.5±8.7)% on 8 mm sections and (3.1±2.5)% on 3 mm sections. The mean difference between volume measurements on 3 mm sections was smaller than that on 8 mm sections (P<0.05). Conclusion The volume software can be used as a reference noninvasive method for volume measurement in clinics.
