乳腺超声弹性成像检查感兴趣区域大小对诊断结果影响

目的探讨乳腺超声弹性成像(UE)检查感兴趣区域大小对诊断结果的影响。方法将感兴趣区域(ROI)大小分别调节至<病灶大小的2倍及≥病灶大小的2倍,对127例患者共164个乳腺病灶进行了超声弹性成像检查,UE评分采用改良5分法。结果ROI面积<病灶大小2倍时,164个乳腺病灶的UE评分显著低于ROI面积≥病灶大小2倍的UE评分;且对乳腺恶性病变诊断的准确性显著降低。结论UE检查时应将ROI调节至病灶大小2倍以上。

Effects of region of interesting on diagnostic results of ultrasonic elastography

Objective To evaluate the effects of region of interest on diagnostic results of ultrasonic elastography(UE).Methods One hundred twenty-seven patients with 164 breast lesions were examined by UE.The size of region of interest(ROI) was set 2 times less and 2 times greater than or equal to the area of lesion respectively.Ultrasonic elastogram was evaluated according to the improved five-score.Results The UE scores of lesions and the accuracy of UE for diagnosing breast malignance were significantly lower when the size of ROI was less than 2 times of the area of lesion.Conclusion The size of ROI should be set 2 times more than the area of lesion during examination of UE.
