| 摘 要： | 高强度聚焦超声(HIFU)治疗子宫肌瘤是一种新兴的无侵入性方法,影像学方法在其术前定位、术中监测及术后疗效评价中具有重要价值。目前常用的影像学方法主要包括经腹超声、经阴道超声、多普勒超声、超声造影、计算机断层扫描(CT)以及磁共振成像(MRI),本文就它们各自在HIFU治疗子宫肌瘤中的应用进行对比,作一综述。

| Abstract: | High intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU) therapy for uterine leiomyoma is a new noninvasive technique.General imaging methods include transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound,Doppler ultrasound,contrast-enhanced ultrasound,computerized tomography(CT) and magnetic resonance imaging(MRI).This article introduces their respective applyments in HIFU therapy for uterine leiomyoma and contrast them. |
