| 摘 要： | 肠梗阻是临床较为常见的急腹症,主要依靠临床表现、病史以及影像学检查进行诊断。以往腹部X线平片为临床诊断肠梗阻的首选检查方法。CT尤其MSCT可显示梗阻的原因、部位并可判断肠管血运状况,可为肠梗阻的诊断提供更加明确的诊断信息,提高肠梗阻的检出率。本文对MSCT及其多种后处理技术在诊断肠梗阻方面的应用进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Intestinal obstruction is a common clinical acute abdomen, and its diagnosis mainly depends on the clinical manifestation, history and imaging examination. Previous abdominal plain film radiography is used as the first method in diagnosis of intestinal obstruction. CT, especially MSCT can display etiology, location of the intestinal obstruction and estimate the blood supply of the intestinal tract, so as to provide more definite diagnosis information and improve the detection rate of intestinal obstruction. In this paper, the application of MSCT and its various postprocessing technologies in the diagnosis of intestinal obstruction were reviewed. |
