| 摘 要： | 目的 提高颅后窝肿瘤ＣＴ诊断准确性。方法 收集１０例ＣＴ漏诊，本院手术病理主宰的颅后窝肿瘤，就其漏诊原因进行分析。结果 １０例ＣＴ漏诊的颅后窝肿瘤中，小脑蚓部实质性肿瘤７例，桥脑小脑角听神经瘤３例。结论 重视脑室的形态变化，采取薄层和增强扫描，可减少颅后窝肿瘤的漏诊。

| Abstract: | Objective To improve accuracy of CT diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors. Methods 10 cases of CT missed-diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors surgically and pathologically proved were analyzed. Results 7 cases of solid tumors in 10 cases were located in the cerebellar vermis. 3 cases of acousitc neuromas were located in the cerebellopontine angle. Conclusion The key to reduce the CT missed-diagnosis of posterior fossa tumors was to be attention to the change of venturiculus shape and to use thin-slice and contrast-enhanced CT scans. |
