摘    要:作为一种新的数据处理方法,在大脑激活的位置和时间信息完全未知的情况下,时间簇分析(TCA)可以基于每个时间点达到最大值的像素的个数或灰度值得到大脑激活的时间信息.该方法具有算法容易实现,计算量小等优点,但其灵敏度低.目前对该方法的研究还停留在单层磁共振数据上,限制了其应用.

Abstract:The temporal cluster analysis (TCA) is a novel method that can obtain information of time and space of brain when the timing and location of the activation are completely unknown. TCA is based on the number or the integrated signal intensity of a temporal cluster at each time point. With the curve of TCA, the time information and the space information of activation can be obtained. Moreover, the method is easy to implement and its computation quantity is low. However the limitations of the method make it difficult to be widely used in the field of fMRI data processing.
