| 摘 要： | 乳腺囊实性病变是乳腺囊性病变中较常见的类型，其中恶性病变较多。常规超声联合超声诊断新技术如超声弹性成像、超声造影及三维超声成像等可提高对于乳腺囊实性病变的诊断准确率。本文就常规超声联合新技术在乳腺囊实性病变中的应用进行综述。

| Abstract: | Complex cystic and solid breast lesions are common in breast cystic lesions, of which the malignant risk ranges widely. Ultrasound has become a major means of breast disease screening. Combining of conventional ultrasound and new technologies, such as ultrasonic elastography, contrast enhanced ultrasonography and three-dimensional ultrasound, can improve diagnosis accuracy of complex cystic and solid breast lesions. The application progresses of conventional ultrasound combined with new technologies in diagnosis of complex cystic and solid breast lesions were reviewed in this article. |
