对比剂稳态磁化率MR灌注成像评价大鼠C6胶质瘤抗血管生成治疗的疗效

摘    要:目的 探讨对比剂稳态磁化率MR成像技术评估大鼠C6胶质瘤抗血管生成治疗疗效的价值.方法 17只荷瘤大鼠随机分成治疗组(n=8)和对照组(n=9).治疗组腹腔注射人重组内皮抑素(10 mg/kg),对照组腹腔注射相同剂量的生理盐水,共7天.治疗前、后分别行MR检查,测量肿瘤周边区、肿瘤中央区及对侧相应正常脑实质区的血容量(BV)和血管管径指数(VSI_(MRI))值,并与病理结果相对照.结果 治疗后治疗组与对照组肿瘤体积差异有统计学意义(t=5.26,P<0.05).治疗后肿瘤中心区及周边区BV和VSI_(MRI)值均有下降,以肿瘤周边区下降更为明显(t=4.14、3.66,P均<0.01).结论 对比剂稳态磁化率MR成像技术评估人重组内皮抑素治疗鼠C6脑胶质瘤具有可行性,能够准确反映治疗前后肿瘤BV和VSI的变化.
