| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨X线不能很好正确诊断脓胸 ,借助于B超可以明确诊断 ,并对手术设计帮助。方法 对我院近 4年在CT诊断为液性片状阴影、包裹性积液、胸膜肥厚病人B超检查发现其胸膜改变及液性暗区 ,诊为脓胸病人 3 4例 ,手术所见及术式设计的分析。结果 B超诊断脓胸其胸膜改变与术中胸膜增厚情况相符合 (3 0 / 3 4) 88.2 4% ,不符合 (4 / 3 4)11.74%。B超、CT与术式设计相符合 (3 2 / 3 4) 94.11% ,不符合 (2 / 3 4) 5 .5 6%。结论 CT与临床穿刺诊断脓胸 ,B超更为明确胸膜改变及术式的设计 ,统一手术方式。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the diagnosis of empyema by B US and the plan of surgical treatment. Methods Thirty four cases were diagnosed empyema by B US and confirmed by operation, to design the method of operation according to the result of B US. Results The B US change of pleura was coincided with the found of operation in 30 patients (88.24%).The design of operation by B US was coincided with CT in 32 patients (94.11%). Conclusion B US can make the accurate diagnosis of empyema and can direct the design of surgical treatment. |
